As a seasoned public safety professional, Curtis has a proven track record of leadership and community service.
He serves on the Woodridge Board of Police Commissioners which is tasked with the hiring of Woodridge police officers and promoting police officers to the rank of police sergeant.
He is an inaugural member, and coordinator, of the Woodridge Volunteer Corps which is an all-volunteer, community-based emergency preparedness organization formed after the 2021 tornado.
He is a graduate of the Registered Public Safety Leadership program and currently serves as a facilitator in the program that trains our up-and-coming public safety officials.
