Through my facilitation of a leadership program, I was introduced to the theory of "If it Ain't Broke, "Improve It" While it is easy to just let things run on autopilot, as leaders it is important to constantly look at everything and make improvements. There is no need to wait for it to break to fix it! With regular review and improvement as needed, it might not ever break!
This is a theory I will employ as a Village Trustee...
Curtis is committed to implementing sound financial management practices to maintain balanced budgets and lessen the need for tax increases.
Curtis believes that community preparedness and response training are crucial in ensuring our residents are equipped to handle emergencies. He played a key role in establishing the Woodridge Volunteer Corps (CERT/WVC) after the 2021 tornado.
